Today's photo was forwarded yesterday by our new-found cousin Hans-Peter Zerlauth. It is a view from the alpine mountains high above Tosters Austria, with Feldkirch in the distance. He also located a text on local Toster's history that documents Michael Anton Blenke's immigration to Cincinnati, Ohio with his brothers Andreas and Johann in 1842, before the American Civil War. One of our goals for this trip is extending our genealogy research, and this is a very positive step in that direction. Now Hans-Peter has to explain how to reach this vantage point!
